This was single handedly the most disrespectful doctor I have ever seen in all my years. Not only was he extremely dismissive of any concerns he straigh up mocked my GP for showing CONCERN about a new gound issue to which Dr. Armando proceeded to mock. I was brushed off by him as he didnt want to see me.

Medical care and advice were very good. Workload within the office suite seemed hectic at times. I always felt safe, cared for, and knew that help was nearby. My questions were answered adequately. My rights, options, needs, and decisions were respected.

Originally one of the nurses over the phone was extremely rude to me. We worked it out. She apologized. I'm a pretty nice guy and I forgive people. That sort of thing, however, could make some people NOT want to go back. Main problem: NOT listening, trying to school me, talking over me, telling me to calm down. All very BAD concepts when dealing with clients. I was in pharmaceutical sales for 30 years. I learned the importance of making the client feel...FEEL heard. LIke I said, she apologized. It's OK.

Scheduling the visit was delayed because the next months calendar was not yet open to scheduling so by the time I called back that month was full and I was scheduled for the following month, so my appointment was 2 months late. But I was not concerned, all is going well..

The staff of nurses, specialists, medical assistants and front desk staff are "on the ball,' a cohesive team that makes it enjoyable to visit. They clearly had my best interests in mind, which I appreciated very much.

PCP left practice. Legacy does not provide access to a new PCP. I'm left to try to locate someone who will accept new a patient,(apparently outside of the Legacy organization in this area).Needed to contact the office regarding rescheduling an appointment. The "appointments" desk was not accepting incoming calls. On hold (two times) for 20+ minutes, finally left message for call back which happened sometime later (twice).

Impossible to reach a human being when calling to set up an appointment. My husband had to physically show up IN PERSON to get a human to call my phone so I could get an appointment. But face to face the people there were VERY nice.

Due to the patient portal, I have access to messaging with my provider, reviewing my visits, tests, and medications. This has always been updated on a timely manner. Dr. Armando Camara and his PAs and nurses are top notch.

Interaction with clinic staff or the doctors has always been a very satisfying experience, and reassuring to say the least. The only big drawback has been trying to make any phone contact to get appointments or contacting the clinic to leave phone messages with staff or doctors.

He went over all my records from my emergency visit to Mayo during a recent trip to Minnesota, made sure I understood the needed follow-up and recommended another test that could provide some answers as to why I experienced afib.

All good. Would be nice to have had all pre-visit questionnaires available to complete during MyHeath pre visit check-in. I did the pre visit checkin but was still given a stack of forms to complete when I arrived for my visit. To their credit, the receptionist said I didn't need to complete forms that I'd already done. But I still had to complete one form which hasn't been available in MyHealth.

I find that the visits are fine. However.I've had trouble reaching the clinic using the phone. My messages have don't always get return calls. ' passed along to recording w/no fallow up.
