I have been very pleased with Dr Bagla in past visits. However this time it was clear that he had time constraints and he seemed to be more focused on limiting his liability regarding tests and treatment. When I asked questions he seemed to think I was questioning his advice when I was only trying to get clarification.

I realize that my answers to 'appointment for routine care' and 'needed appointment sooner' answers are in conflict. I was just having a problem with knees, feet and concurrently I am about to embark on a long walking trip so I wanted to get an appointment a few weeks sooner. Not possible, but it all worked out and I am happy with the care I received and happy with the care plan suggested by Dr. Bagla to maintain and improve my health.

I have always had very good care from Dr Bagla and his associates.

Dr Bagla did not give me enough information about the medication he prescribed or I would have told him why I couldn't take I. He did not deal with my persistent cough. I think he assumed the cough was related to asthma/COPD. It is not as those problems don't cause coughing.

As always a great visit and getting the flu and corona boosters at the visit were very helpful also. Highly recommend Dr. Bagla and the office and support staff!

Legacy Health has way too much physician turnover which is often the sign of an unhealthy business and leadership.

My appointment was for my annual physical. I was told that in order to ask a question about a stomach issue I'd been having, it would count as a "separate visit" and would not be covered as part of my physical, as a question about my stomach issue is not considered "preventative". Even though I was able to "combine" the two separate "visits" into the appointment for my physical, I believe I am going to be charged for the question about my stomach as if it was a separate trip to the doctor. This is not acceptable. My entire appointment was around 45 minutes (including the wait time for my flu vaccine), and the amount of time that the discussion of my stomach issue took was around 5 minutes. It's incredibly petty and greedy to treat this as a separate visit and to charge me extra for it. It makes no sense that my question about my stomach issue is not considered "preventative". Of course it's preventative; the goal was to get more information about what may be going on so that more serious issues could be prevented. This needs to be addressed, because it has left a bad taste in my mouth for Legacy Medical Group. It feels like there is more concern over making money and less concern about my health care and creating a comfortable, welcoming place where I feel treated with respect.

I was very impressed with how much time Dr. Bagla took to understand my concerns. He let me get my story out and waited to ask clarifying questions until after I was done. He was thoughtful in his approach and was open and honest about what he knew and what he needed time to think about. Highly impressed with Dr. Bagla.

I was pleasantly surprised that when I called to make an appointment, the response came soon and very polite. In the past, I had to wait too long or nobody ever answered and the receptionists were neither too polite nor too helpful. This time l was very, very surprised and pleased. Dr. Bagla is soo outstandingly excellent that I had decided to ignore the lack of manners that some office workers had and nobody answering the phone. But this last appointment everyone was terrific! Even my call to make my appointment!

It is disconcerting, after filling out all the online pre-screening forms to be then asked questions previously answered: have you travelled? .... And then be asked to sign a form stating that I will pay for the treatment if insurance does not. I know this Is a standard practice for medical appointments, but this step felt very belittling and I was reactive to being asked to sign that form. It felt like I had already completed numerous amounts of medical questions and information in my own time prior to arriving at the office, and that the payment information/acknowledgment was part of previously completed work. Not sure that there is a solution, but I felt a tiny bit bad about being reactive to that portion of the visit, and think that it could be better presented for the next patient.

I got a call because I was on the wait list for an earlier appointment and they left a message to call back. I called back, waited on hold for over 40 minutes and they said they already filled it. Extreme waste of my time.
