About Me:

Abbey Garrow, AGPCNP is a board-certified adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner. She received her nursing degree from Seattle University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Her approach to medicine is collaborative and trauma-informed with an emphasis on motivational interviewing and goal setting. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine, mental health, and geriatrics. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys working in her garden, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her community.

Our PCP generally informed about broad, as well as many esoteric, medical conditions. That said, the curtness in communication often leads us to leave the office without being fully heard, and some significant concerns unaddressed. That said, we understand that a PCP is under great pressure to be efficient. We would like our visits to be more effective as well.
