We offer free classes throughout Oregon and SW Washington on the care, treatment and prevention of burn injuries. These are usually slide presentations, 1-3 hours in length, and presented by a staff member of the Oregon Burn Center. Content can be tailored to your audience and the time available; all handouts and other materials are provided free of charge.

Education on Electrical Injuries - This one-hour class focuses on what electrical injuries look like and reinforces safe work practices to prevent burns from electrical contact. Held at your worksite.

Prevention of Burn Injuries Class - Ideal for middle school and high school groups, this class presents information about common causes of burn injuries, how to prevent burn injuries in the house, and basic first aid techniques. Held at your location. Class Objectives
Family Burn Education Class - This three-hour class is held at the Oregon Burn Center and uses positive interaction and non-graphic, hands-on activities to teach families about the life-long consequences of receiving a burn injury.
