The doctor and staff were great, very personable, and took the time to explain the next steps in the transplant journey.
This appointment was my yearly post-transplant clinic appointment with Dr. Le. I have seen her for the last three or four years since since Dr. William Bennett semi-retired and then retired from the clinic. I have been very happy with her expertise, communication style, personal interest in my continued good health and her willingness to include me in all of my healthcare decisions.
My transplant team are always attentive to my care listens to my concerns, and are very professional clinicians.
Everyone I interacted with was very professional, kind, and informative.

This appointment was specifically for a once per year kidney transplant follow up. The medical experience is always excellent. If I had to identify one potential improvement (which has absolutely nothing to do with care) it would be dimming the super bright lights in the waiting room.

Dr Le is amazing. She treated me as if I was her only patient in the world and provided me with 100% of her attention. She is very thorough, answers any and all questions, provides insight into future care needs and above all, is one if the nicest people I have ever met.

I'm not feeling well so was probably more sensitive to responses. I just didn't feel listened to and wasn't sure of the purpose of this visit. Seemed not very helpful

The visit is good but phone call like calling to the hospital operation team which I called wrong phone number, then I told a nurse my mom name, the nurse could not find it. So I tried to ask them to check by date of birth, then the nurse in operation team said, he only check by name and that his job is supposed to. Many times I went to the hospital and checked in if they could not find patient by name due to wrong spelling or whatever, they always ask for date of birth then look for the name which sounds similar and repeat to me which one. I am worried about my accent could not say letter clear. That was why I asked him to check by date of birth. Without explaining or any trying to help, the nurse said just like he only check by name and that is his job supposed. He sounds like a dead end of the road.
The blood lab person I saw was not easy to hear and was not very courteous.

Dr Le and the entire transplant team were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and energetic in such a positive way! There was only one minor incident that insulted my knowledge of what insurance I had. Other than that experience, I felt that while transplant evaluation experience was a great one! Even the phlebotomist was great in obtaining 21 vials of blood!!
The visit was for pre-transplant evaluation and review. I know the survey is for one provider but I would like to say that everyone on the transplant team I saw on that day was excellent.

Was in the waiting room for almost 1.5 hours. I've never had to wait so long there before. It was awful.
