Very good care in all aspects
When I arrived for my appointment on 6/5/24, it was less than 5 minutes until my appointment time. The outer door was locked and a paper sign taped to the door said "Out to lunch - back soon." No times given. It was quite a wait until a woman came out and propped the door open, said nothing to the 5-6 people waiting to enter the office. I found this event quite unsettling, as I had never experienced this in 9+ years of being a patient at Legacy Woodburn.
The Website My health will not let me sign in. I have set it 2 times once with a over the phone rest. Plus there are some Corrupt maybe fake sites on Google
I was given excellent health care and follow up care.
Dr. Sauer made me very comfortable and listened to and answered my questions and concerns.

Very good experience
My appointment was for 10:00am. I arrived the 15 minutes that they requested. The waiting room was empty except for 1man. At 10:30 I had to ask how much longer before I was called to see the doctor. I was informed it would be another 30min. At that point I said I wanted to reschedule. So in another 2 weeks I have another appointment at 9am. I will see how that goes. The office staff should have told me when I first arrived that they were not going to see for hour. If I hadn't of asked them how much longer it was going to be who knows how long I was going to sit there.
He doesn't take care of backs and that's what I thought an orthopedic did,,, all bones. He also doesn't have/use an ultrasound for injections.

Calling the office got my issues resolved quickly. One nurse think Sandy took the time make sure I was fitted with the right brace gave me post care info. Very professional and friendly
