Dr. Nelson is spectacular. He genuinely wanted to take the best care of me he could. He answered all my questions 100% and made sure I understood and was so confident and reassuring each time. I had so many questions and he didn't rush me out of the office because he was busy, which I'm sure he was. If I could give a grade, A+. Thank you, Dr. Andrew Nelson!

Friendly and quick

It is not necessarily the provider that is the problem. The problem is getting authorization to help when we keep getting bounced back and forth between providers and waiting months in between. Still No relief in sight!

He was very thorough about explaining my condition and listened to my concerns. Gave me options when possible.

I do not like Dr Brewer but Dr Nelson is an amazing doctor has great bedside manner he's very professional

I had a particularly good experience with this visit (and others in the past). Dr, nurses, and staff are always positive and eager to answer any of my questions - and I don't hold back because I am generally curious about procedures and processes. Wait times are minimal and the staff is very respectful of my time. If there was any slight delay it was overshadowed by their attentiveness and generally positive attitudes.

I would love to be a regular patient for all my needs but it's not possible I live in Salem and my insurance doesn't cover General medical needs only certain specialties such as Orthopedics

Dr Nelson is the best of the best, he is the friendliest and nicest doctor I have ever had, wish I could get him as my primary care doc

It is always an easy visit. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We never have to wait to long.

It has been a great experience. Lots of appointments and very helpful in understanding it all.

Receptionists are always fast, efficient and kind. I'm never in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes max (awesome!!) before my appointment. Dr Nelson's energy matches mine & he did a "beyond outstanding job" on my surgery and follow up. He and his assistant both answered all the questions I had & am SO happy & fortunate that I got the BEST surgeon to fix my shoulder. My livelihood depends on my ability to move & he secured that livelihood. I could not be more grateful!!

One of the best doctors I have ever seen. He heard me and really cared about what was happening.

Dr Nelson has done 2 surgeries ( hand)(shoulder) and an injection (knee). I have the utmost confidence in him,as does my husband.
