The receptionist that sits at the far left desk was not friendly or welcoming, and the OPPOSITE of helpful. I've been a nurse for 17 years and worked in both hospital and clinic settings, and the way she treated me made me feel extremely stupid. I have never been to Legacy Emanuel and drove a long way for my son to be seen. I was shocked and disappointed at my interaction with her. If anyone wants further explanation, I'm open to talk in person 5039305463The other receptionist who was working (blonde hair at the far right) was very friendly and took her time to guide me when I had questions.

Doctor Klinton is a great doctor and she helps all of my kids with their sports injuries.

Providence is my usual medical provider, but lack of anesthdiologists caused me to contact Legacy for needed knee replacement

I was specific in my intake information that I needed to see a provider about knee replacement. The provider I saw within the first 3 minutes let me know that he was unable to provide the care that I was going to need. So I feel like my time was wasted when I'll have to see a different provider.

It was all good

They took me in early, did what I needed and it was almost painless

Never had a bad experience. But the handling of this spinal surgery, he's been amazing, informative, and care for what we are going to go thru. Can't say enough about how wonderful he is.

DR didn't know me or seem to care or believe me

He was very rude to me when it came to my care and did not listen to me don't know when I done explain to him that cortisone shots do not work on me we try to perform any lax experience

I have no problem just keep up the great job you are doing.

I was expecting help to unload my daughter but that is not something to be expected. I was told that they dont provide this kind of help. She has broke her tibia and fibula.They gave me a young guy to help bit he did the minimum possible. It might be a liability issue that they dont provide help with unloading, but if that is the case ,please provide a notice somewhere on the entrance door or at the receptionist desk. There are wheel chairs to use at the entrance, keep in mind that this a hospital for kids also. Not only for grown ups. The wheelchairs provided are huge, to big to wide for a 10 year old girl. Hard to work those wheelchairs with a preteen girl. Also after we passed the receptionist desk we were wheeled into a room where we have been asked the name, date of birth . And 3 seconds later we were transferred to the cast room where we were asked again the same thing. Name and DOB. What is the point of this nonsense? Otherwise the doctor experience was great. She is great , saying this based on how she dealt with my daughter and showing care and patience. Thank you Rebecca .C. Also it felt that the nurse /RN provided whith tranporting my daughter to the Xray had her expections to high regarding my daughter's level of pain while being tranported to the xray machine. U cannot have thr expectation that someone with a "fresh broken leg" to walk on the healthy leg. Maybe I am wrong but it felt like that. And finally , kudos to the team that helped dr Clinton to put the cast on. They were great and I really appreciate that. Kudos for the doctor's assistant. I cannot remember her name. Sorry about that. Thank you.

As with most surgeons, dr estes can be brusque.

I have been a patient in this practice for nearly 10 years. They are professional, attentive, efficient, responsive to my needs, especially when my pain requires immediate attention. I have complete confidence that I will be seen, diagnosed, and treated as needed. Schedulers and medical assistants are trained to recognize the difference between the need for routine and immediate appointments.

She was unprepared, uninformed and seemed like she was in a hurry. I will never see her again.

They check this right in we waited less than 5 minutes was called back to a room and waited maybe another 3 minutes somebody showed up did it vitals and then another 5 minutes in the doctor showed up it was a really good visit and they seem to really care

I think all the staff are fantastic! From the receptionists to the assistant to both the X-ray techs to the provider himself. They were friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and answered my questions and laughed at my lame on the verge of dad jokes

Surgeon who is the very best at what he does and who is not only efficient but personable and always answers my questions.

When I came in yesterday, I came in for my shots for my shoulders. I'm used to having a different doctor one who cares about my comfort I could I ask this doctor to use that freeze numbing spray before the shots and she refused to do so I do not want to see this doctor again ever I feel she enjoys hurting people and watching their pain and tears roll down their cheek

We love dr Clinton and all staff. X-rays were fast, well prepared for a mobile baby and easy. The nurse practitioner I believe and Dr Clinton do an excellent job of explaining every ultrasound and xray we've had done. No complaints.

We appreciated Steve and his medical knowledge and the explanations of the surgery, aftercare and what to expect during recovery. What we disliked was the complete lack of respect for our time during follow up appointments. He was late a minimum of 45 minutes each time. We already had a 90min drive, then to have an appt at 3 only to be seen at 4 or later is ridiculous. Always an excuse about another patient being anxious pre-op or something. We knew we couldn't choose morning appointments because we'd never have made it back to work or school, so we had to choose afternoon appointments so we could get half day of work and school accomplished. Just respect people's time more.

Xray tech was amazing with my 2.5 year old daughter. The doctor is awesome. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and so good with children!

I have always had good care here. This appt was on a day when they had lower than normal staff. They were obviously pushed to see everyone. But we're very helpful and cfriendly.

The visit was good until Dr Estes found out I had a positive UA back in Feb 2023 and his whole demeanor and body language changed and basically didn't want to deal with me and added on additional measures that 8 already had taken care of with his PA Scott back in Jan (the initial visit) it was very unprofessional,demeaning and judgemental, to say the least,also very unethical for a MD. Me being a African American and a USAF Veteran of 11 years it's was also discriminatory and borderline racist.

Scheduling is uninformed about insurance practices and was giving false information without checking with insurance specialist first. We will need to reach out directly to them or billing in order to get accurate information. Scheduling (Leanne) seemed argumentative about scheduling and was unaware of basic billing procedures that are common knowledge in the community.

Both my chart, and my health are both very weak systems. Is admirable you want our opinions but there are now entirely way too many surveys going on, and most of them are not actually that relative.

Dr. Barmada and team are wonderful. He is so caring and understanding and explains things extremely well and I appreciated his recommendations, but the fact that he would respect whatever we would choose. The fact that he explained everything so seamlessly and effortlessly, it was a no brainer to accept his recommendations in a heart beat. Thank you for everything!

I was given some pretty upsetting news about the extent of my injury - but wasn't asked about my history/occupation/hobbies, my goals for recovery, what to expect related to surgery/recovery, what to do in the time until surgery could be scheduled and so on. Just "here's what we're looking at, someone should follow up soon." I'm feeling really scared and defeated.

Dr NOONAN, Very enthusiastic and engaged. Listened and explained issues. Organized. Medical assistant also very personable, excels in response time to phone calls.

Receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. I have never left a review of the front desk staff but her attitude and demeanor warranted the exception.

My total Legacy experience, doctor's visits, in-stay hospital, and emergency service, has been very positive.

I was treated with the best respect and highly recommend Dr. Estes! He explained and answered all my questions and I ask to see my x-rays, which he went over all with me! Great doctor!

The provider is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our complaint is the waiting time in the office. For each visit so far we've had to wait at least 40 minutes before the doctor came in the treatment room.

The receptionist nurses and my doctor are all very kind and show their concerns and how they care for you. And will help me to understand what is going on with my body when I ask questions.

The results of my tests were very well explained and the path forward explained in a way that I could understand well

Dr. Estes was awesome! I would highly recommend him to anybody I know family and friends. I certainly trust his diagnosis for me. I came in thinking I had hip pain knowing I had back issues and he definitely said it was my SI joints he has referred me for a floral guided injection, that I am going to take care of, and hopefully this will get me out of pain and I will not be crippled any longer

A very positive experience. I felt that the medical help I received was excellent.

I was very happy with the care that we received. They were very kind to Paxton, who is six years old. They help me explain to him his limitations so that he knew it was not just coming from me. Always had x-rays, went over the x-rays with us, let us look at them and ask questions if we had them. Her performance was excellent.

This provider is a specialist/surgeon, not a primary care provider.

Very happy with the quality of care. My son's first surgery, and everyone in the OR came into his room, introduced themselves, and explained their role. Ped ER staff are always great and get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Amazed I was able to get him in and attended to, including surgery, the week of Thanksgiving. Provided real peace of mind to know he was in such good hands.

I had an appointment within 2 days of request. The wait was almost an hour, but was warned that Thursdays are often backed up.

Dr. Estes explained everything to me about my MRI that was taken of my left hip. He is kind and patient every time I see him.

Dr Estes is world class. Over the past weekend I had a problem following my hip surgery He was right on it. Called a script and made an appointment for me for Monday. He is exceptional!!!

Dr. Was rude. No eye contact. I feel that he careless about my health. I won't get surgery with him at all. I won't put my health in his hand again I will go to another facility to get my surgery. I don't trust him.

I saw him 2 yr's ago, but it was obvious he didn't remember me and he hadn't reviewed my history/x-rays and MRI's. I've heard he's a good surgeon so I have faith when I do have my knee replaced he'll do a good job!
