Both the clinic staff and Dr. Baird are absolutely fantastic. I am doing so much better than I otherwise would have been if I hadn't been in this clinic. Dr. Baird is knowledgeable, kind, and willing to tailor treatment to my needs. I could not ask for a better healthcare team and am deeply appreciative.

Dr Blair fully understands migraine and is up to date on all the latest research and treatment methods. She understands the brain and can explain her understanding for a lay person. She is everything anyone could ever want from a neurologist.

The provider listened to me very. I was extremely nervous but she was very kind and helped put me at ease. She answered all my questions and provided me with additional information. The only bad thing was that the room was VERY cold. But that's not something she has control over. I'm just commenting on it.

The provider demonstrated extreme competence, and spent much time when performing the evaluation.

Dr. Youssefian-Halleran is the best neurologist I have ever met with. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She communicates very well and really seemed to care about my issues. Since Covid I think Drs saw soo much, were made to stay up soo many hours and to see so many painful stories right in front of their eyes, that some are just scarred and may never come out of it. Dr Yousef are none of those things, she is a breathe of fresh air with an appetizer of bedside manner. I wish all my Drs. Were like her, my health would be better!!

She was sensitive to my concerns and gave me a a plan of action that has been working very well to improve the quality of my health. Exceptional Doctor- she has improved my daily life adjusting my medication looking at my entire history and possibly saving my life digging deeper and finding contradictions with existing conditions and other medications that had been previously prescribed, advocating when insurance denied the alternative medicine and gaining approval and entire staff team is excellent too.

My long wait time was because the patient before me was over 10 minutes late for their appointment because the medical transport they used was late. But the provider was kind and saw them anyway. I was okay waiting because I had the time and I know how medical transport can be unreliable. And I appreciated that the doctor didn't rush my appointment even tho the patient before me made her run behind schedule.

This was a first time visit with Dr Baird. It was an excellent meeting. She ia highly professional, well spoken, new about my issues, provided all the information we needed. We had an open and clear conversation about my issue. Overall an excellent visit!

It was just a good experience, having to see Dr. Germaine; She had just replaced my last doctor, who retired.Although having a new doctor can be troubling, especially with my visit being a follow up to an emergency room visit for a seperated shoulder. But...I was surprised at how pleasant the whole situation was, especiallly with a new doctor. I'm still smiling from the doctor visit with Dr. Germaine.I liked her like I have been seeing her for years, but this was the first time I saw her. Thanks, Dr. Germaine!
