The doctor totally understood my concerns about my foot and understood the importance of getting my foot pain free! I am currently waiting for insurance approval so I can get the surgery that I need to resolve this pain that has become debilitating.

Dr. Andrew his team is extremely helpful and goes extra miles to make thier patients feel comfortable. He's being put me back on my feet after I have told to use scooter that he recommended me to be yourself then be on skrecthers or scooters. I feel positive after come back from office very welcoming and generous and understandable. Thank you doctor for everything you do to make your patient feel extremely comfortable and loved.

Dr Shinabarger is very communicative and gives very direct answers and prognosis of what I can expect with my injury. I have nothing but great things to say about him, his demeanor as a doctor, and the extreme care and confidence I received. Always felt that I could call his office anytime with a concern or questions. Always responsive to my questions and I love how he shares the X-ray results with you. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone. Excellent care.

Then the doctor came in and only spent a few minutes with me He seemed quite rushed and didn't stay for any questions. Towards the end of the visit, they said I would receive a referral to Physical Therapy, and I have not received it. When I sent in a note to inquire about it, I was told that it's up to me to find someone on my own. Not sure what the typical protocol is at Legacy about PT. All in all the care was good, but the amount of time spent with me by the doctor was unsatisfactory.

Dr.Shinabarger is professional and personable, and very capable surgeon.

I was scheduled at 7:30am and ask to arrive 15 minutes early. I was on time, but the office doors did not open until 7:30, and I was not ushered to the exam room until 7:50. The doctor arrived promptly, and the rest of the appointment went well.

Excellent at answering my questions

Dr Shinabarger has always been thorough answering my questions and supplying necessary information post op. His skills and knowledge, to me, seem to be in high demand as I've had to wait for a bit on occasion because a surgery has gone longer than expected. I understand that happens and was not bothered by the wait.

I will always use Dr. Shinabarger for any podiatry surgery, because he is the most skilled, efficient and always listens and responds to my concerns! He also always carefully follows me post-op! Also, he works at Good Samaritan Hospital & Medical Center, my favorite hospital, especially to have surgery!!

Calling with questions on the phone is absolutely pointless, but I otherwise really like this office. Everyone is very helpful, and I feel like my concerns are being addressed.

Everyone including the staff, offices personnel, and especially the doctors, are so great In taking care of me, with my health issues and concerns.

The doctor seemed to be in a big hurry. He asked me if I had any questions which was good. He seemed really hurried to get out the door and in to the next patient.
