This visit was great.

Dr Greig has been my doctor for over 25 years. She is always personable, sensitive to my needs and provides excellent care for me and my family. She has taken my thru many years of needed medical care. I will miss her when she retires this year!

He was standing in for my usual provider who is on maternity leave, but it appears he wasn't fully aware of what was needed during the appointment. A diabetes test was needed and he seemed to be unaware of that, so that was missed. It didn't seem like he was properly prepped for covering in my provider's absence.

Dr Blount is an exceptional physician and counselor. Time spent with her is never rushed, questions are addressed and an explained for ease of understanding. She listens, goes over all test results and compares with past results. Dr Blount is the best in patient care!

I was in an accident and called for an appointment but was referred to urgent care even though I was not in a hurry to see the doctor. I called several times to ask if I needed to fast for the appointment, but they did not check, just said it was a good idea to come on a fast. Also it took me three months to get an appointment.

The provider and staff are excellent. The legacy changes to the practice are horrible. Definitely feels like corporate health care rather than a family provider.

Dr. Greig is always friendly, well prepared, knowledgeable, efficient, and a good listener. I feel very comfortable in her care.

Your phone answering sure needs work. You should let people leave a message with a call back number and have someone who just does that. I do not like calling your office.

Legacy sends me too many emails telling me to schedule appointments that I have already scheduled. I am annoyed by the reminders and know better than legacy about my health needs.

Dr Carter always listens carefully to my medical concerns and is very responsive to my needs. Always offers me options. We asked her to see our son for his care and she made recommendations for him to be seen by a new staff member. Very satisfied with her care.

Office seems to have issues w/ receptionist- late afternoon can't seem to get a hold of a person. I get a lot of "after business hours" recordings.

The Silverton care center is the best for their sensitivity, care, friendliness and compassion. My husband who past away in March received their support and good care above most providers.

Not related to this visit, but ever since Legacy took over I find myself going to the doctor less because of the costs. I have the same health insurance but I simply can't afford to go to the doctor anymore unless I feel like something is life threatening or it's required to continue a medication I need (for ADHD). I'm also afraid to ask simple, quick medical questions on the portal since I used to do that before Legacy and not get charged. Now I am confused and concerned about anything I do with my provider out of concern there may be a charge for our interaction. I used to feel like it was a family practice and it wasn't just a "doctors office." Now it simply feels like every other doctors office interested in profit first, and care second.

I have been going to Dr. Greig for over 20 years. We drive from Bend, Ore. And she is worth every mile!

This is a very friendly and respectful office. The only objection I have is the wait time when you call on the telephone.

This was a visit to set up a "preferred provider". Some of the questions were not applicable. But my impression of Dr. Cara Riley is very good.

My appt was for 8:40 am and I didn't see th doctor until 9:23 am.

It seems as though going against the opinion of my doctor has caused some tension. I asked a few different times for hormone testing and thyroid testing. My provider told me that would be a waste of time. I started seeing a natural path and was put on progesterone after they tested my hormones, and MANY of my health struggles have improved significantly. Since seeing a naturalpath my provider is saying they no longer want to continue prescribing a medication that is helping me significantly with my daytime drowsiness. I was told it's not for my conditions. I couldn't understand from my provider why they thought this. When I read about the medication it says it's for sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and shift workers (I have sleep apnea). I have family members with the same condition on the same medication. Some slightly hurtful things were said like "we all wish we could have a medication to take to give us an energy boost, but that just isn't healthy". I don't know if she's forgotten the extent of my fatigue and how I can't get through a day without napping repeatedly without the medication? Or if she is believing I'm only using the medication in place of caffeine. I didn't understand the few comments that came across belittling, but she was gone for awhile so I had seen a different provider during that time; so I can understand if she forgot the extent of my struggles. I also would have liked to have more information with something for me to sign before being thrown into the new AI ("DAX") recording system. Just my providers word that the recording goes nowhere doesn't leave me feeling confident that my private conversations aren't going to anyone else or saved somewhere without my permission.

Phone system sends you to portal to schedule an appointment but the portal only allows for mammogram appointments not illness or injury. And you are charged to use the portal.

I went in for an ingrown toe nail {2nd time} that was very puffy and red, and had clear drainage. I was wanting the whole toe nail removed and thought that's what I was getting but realized next day after removing bandage only 1/2 had been removed. I had to wait over a week for an appointment. Dr Bradshaw was vey nice and pleasant. My concerns for the clinic Is the telephone waiting time to get to speak to a receptionist to schedule an appt or ask a question . I understand you can go to my chart to request things but that usually takes a day to get a response, so that why I like to call in

I feel your survey has weaknesses. You ask about phone calls but not much about online message system. The online system is more dependable to communicate with specific staff with less slowdown with phone calls which are through many layers and information gets lost. You should ask about how responsive the provider and team are with that online system as it better reflects the current world. It would also be better to state explicitly how this data will and will not be used.

Too many medicare forms and issues. Now what used to be an annual covered visit it is a "wellness" visit with many more limits to care and focus on $$$

Getting through by the phone is terrible, reception not always the bestdoctor and nurses exceptional.

I had an extremely personal and sesitive issue to discuss and Dr. Blount discussed them professionally and with personal care; I was at ease during the whole conversation (I am a retired professional, and I needed and received the HELP I desired!!)

Left without ear irrigation as recommended because both provider and I forgot. Called an hour and told someone would call me. No one did. Provider called me on another matter an I mentioned the pain in my ear and still needed it irrigated. He said he would pass it o. To MA. Didn't hear back so I went back to clinic. Even though I said I had pain in ear neither provider or MA could see me for two days. I consider this poor medical care. Provider seems like a nice person, easy to talk to etc. But seemed disorganized and failed to follow through

I think this excellent doctor is about to retire, so I would not recommend new patients.

Doctor Elizabeth Blount is absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Provider kindly stayed with me much longer than I expected. She was in no hurry and went over a lot of information and listened to my opinion!! Very good special treatment time. All the staff seemed extremely attentive. My only complaint would be how long the office takes to answer phones. Also while my doctor was out on family leave, I felt very nervous and upset at how the office treated my on going needs without her being present. I don't think I would continue seeing this clinic if she was no longer ever going to be there again.

Dr. Blount is very warm and engaging. She is extremely knowledgeable - has answers to most of my questions right at the tip of her fingers. She has been my PCP for years and knows my body better than I do. I have had some unusual health issues and her immediate action to get me where I needed to be saved me from serious physical impairment. She works with me as I age and anticipates those specific needs. She's usually one step ahead of me. I would not trade her for anyone...she's the best!

Dr Riley is a fantastic addition to Family Medical Group! She has a unique, friendly way of phrasing things about the ongoing care/medical evaluation that is warm and supportive; for example, rather than say "your baby has met their birth weight, which was the goal today" she says (talking directly to baby) "oh good job! You've already passed your birth weight and you're just 2 weeks old!!" Rather than say "I'm just taking another look at the retinal reflex", she says "oh silly baby! You're just trying to hide from me!" Call it southern charm or something different, but her friendly way of talking the family through the exam process makes one feel at ease of the process, and removes any defensiveness on the part of the patient or family.

This provider was very professional and a pleasure to have.

Many questions are difficult to answer. At first my appointment was a ways away. I then got a call and I could come earlier. The staff was professional, and I didn't feel I had particular needs they needed to be sensitive to. Often a yes or no answer does not show the whole picture.

Excellent quality of care!

My appointment scheduling problem is due to my highly irregular work schedule as an independent owner-operator of a long distance tractor/trailer. My frustration is with the inability to get an appointment when I am home (for weeks sometimes) after having to cancel an appointment due to being engaged in a long distance truck trip.
