Prior to my appointment, the med tech asked if I was OK with Dr. Weksler using DAX to record visit notes and also if I was OK with a student NP being in the room with Dr. Weksler. I agreed to both, and appreciated being asked In advance. During the visit itself, Dr. Weksler was as always compassionate, straight-forward, respectful of my questions and opinions about my condition, and pleasant.My appointment was in the later afternoon, which probably accounted for the wait time, which is rarely the case when I have appointments earlier in the day.

This was my first appointment with Legacy Broadway Clinic, and with Dr. Ghebremichael. I feel very fortunate to have found such a nurturing atmosphere, such a caring team of professionals, and a physician who takes on a new patient with a complicated medical history with such a welcoming, and team-spirited attitude. I immediately felt like the entire team were advocating for my optimal health, and I feel like I am in excellent hands during each part of the process of being seen by my doctor. It took longer than I would have liked to get in to see Dr. Ghebremichael, but I'm not surprised that she is in high demand because of her can-do attitude, exceptional knowledge, and personable demeanor. I'd rather wait a bit longer to see a doctor like her who cares and is invested in partnering with me to live the best life I can than see someone easily who treats me as a number, and a problem.

Donnan is always attentive, this time I was especially impressed with the front desk, very friendly and helpful. My nurse was delightful, friendly and did an excellent job with my Covid shot and blood draw. A big Ten for the whole team.

Dr. Laidley has been my Primary Care Provider for over sixteen years. She is personable, caring, health care professional. She cares for many of our family members.

My provider has always had the greatest respect and patience with me and my wife.

Dr. Ware is the best. She is up-to-date on newest medical findings and studies and always proposes the simplest solutions first - PT, exercise - rather than just prescribing a pill. She is good at diagnosing the various aches and pains I come to her with and spends plenty of time with me talking about my concerns and various ways to address them. Been with her for about 10 years and will stay with her as long as she's doing this!

Dr Ware has been my provider for quite some time. She has always listened to me and for sure been the best provider (pcp) that I have ever had. I truly mean that she has been a part of some of the hardest times in my life. I would find a new clinic or follow her if she were to leave LBC. That's not saying there are no other good pcp at LBC. I would like to thank Dr Ware, her team and the receptionist.

This was my first visit with Dr. G. I used to see Dr. root my appointment was for establishing care. I was really impressed with the fact that she had read my records before the appointment and was very familiar with my diagnosis and treatments. She went through all my medication's, she had good advice. I really loved working with Dr. route and was nervous about seeing a new doctor, but Dr. G put my concerns to rest. She was wonderful and I feel really lucky to be partnered up with a good doctor again. The only thing I scored lower on is the amount of time it took to come in and see her. I'm not sure of the process behind the scenes, but it took me months to come in and see her. That might be normal for seeing a brand new doctor, but if it's not normal, I think that's a really long time to establish care.

Everyone I interacted with (front reception, MA and Dr. Ware) were all so friendly and caring. All go above and beyond. Wait time happened to be a bit longer than usual, but I didn't mind at all because I never feel rushed during my appointments, so I always assume the providers are doing the same for other patients if running late. I'd much rather have high quality care than prompt but rushed visits.

Dr. Laidley took the time to have a medical assistant do a lavage in my left ear when I told her my hearing aid company told me to go to my audiologist to have it done. But she told me her staff will do it for me. And they did it perfectly!

Dr. Laidley was fantastic. We are making end-of-life decisions. She was thoughtful, sensitive, took plenty of time, and help us put a plan in place with our dad. All of us (daughter, son, and dad-the patient) left w/a sense of comfort and confidence. I love Dr. Slack. It took me a long time to find a Dr that makes me feel like she Actually cares about me and my health. After I had a minor ER visit she reach out to me to see how I was doing and if I need to come in for a check up. That made me feel really good and cared for.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ghebremichael who is now my primary physician. I am extremely pleased with her thorough attention to my health issues, and her good communication and her knowledge about medicine as well as her positive and caring nature.

This visit was to establish care with a new PCP. I was fortunate that there had been a cancellation, allowing me to get in immediately instead of having to wait for the first available in 7 - SEVEN - months.

I had my blood taken right in the office and my ears flushed!! So I didn't have to make a separate trip to Lab or to Ear specialist.. that makes a difference!!
