My previous provider retired. This was first meeting with my new PCP. She was as nice, caring and supportive as my previous PCP. My worries and concerns left as I talked to her. Her MA was very kind, supportive, thorough with pre- appointment procedures as far as questions or concerns. Updated my information that was missing on my pre-appointment questionnaire. I let go of any concerns I had with working with a new provider.

Dr Laidley referred me to a few other providers that would address some issues that were not within her expertise, and I appreciate that. Dr Laidley always listens to me, and I'm so pleased I have a provider who knows me fairly well regarding my past & current medical concerns.

Receptionist making the appointment was extraordinarily courteous and personable. Was the same when I arrived for appointment. Dr. Laidley is always generous with her time and genuine interest. I completely trust her with my care.

She is good at diagnosing the various aches and pains I come to her with and spends plenty of time with me talking about my concerns and various ways to address them. First, the front desk staff are always courteous and helpful; they even say "good by" when you leave! Second, the attendant is friendly when taking vitals and very helpful. Last, Dr. Laidley is exceptional. Her diagnostic skills are excellent and she is very attentive. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my primary care physician!

Dakota Pierce was knowledgeable about all my medical issues and I appreciated his insight and thoughts.

When I walked in I was not greeted by any of the 3 receptionists and I didn't see any signs saying "wait here to be called up". There was however a sign at the first window that said, "go to second window", so I did. When I stepped in front of that window the young man sitting there scoffed and did not acknowledge me. So I stood a few steps back and looked at the floor (trying to not put pressure on them) waiting to be acknowledged. After a short amount of time the receptionist at the third window said she could help me and I told her I was there to check in. The receptionist that helped me was pleasant and kind. I felt like the receptionists at the first and second windows were annoyed that I was there. There should be a sign asking patients to "wait here to be called forward" if that is what the receptionists expect of patients.

All the staff was friendly, conscientious, and caring.

My doc is leaving Legacy, I'm lucky enough my insurance will pay for me to go with her to her new clinic! She's terrific as well as her MA Allison

I didn't have a bad experience with my visit per se. I don't know why The Health Application has more than two genders to pick from. There are only two genders: male and female. How can you say that there is more than that?

I find Legacy care very good including visits to hospital locations for PT, X-ray, etc.

My recent appointment was to meet my new provider. Dr G was very thorough, courteous, and respectful. Definitely like her and am looking forward to having her as my new provider.

Dr Ware has been my provider for quite some time. She has always listened to me and for sure been the best provider (pcp) that I have ever had. I truly mean that she has been a part of some of the hardest times in my life. I would find a new clinic or follow her if she were to leave LBC. That's not saying there are no other good pcp at LBC. I would like to thank Dr Ware, her team and the receptionist.

Dr Ware is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, and has a warm caring for me as a patient.

Dakota is an excellent provider and takes the time necessary to understand my concerns. He created a good plan and made referrals as needed. All of the medical assistants I have interacted with have been great as well. Unrelated to Dakota, I think the software could be improved by being able to show providers whether their referrals will be tier 1or tier 2 for Moda Ohsu PPO. I have also had issues with my preventive labs not being properly covered by insurance due to a credentialing error, although that may fall onto Labcorp. I do feel that the labs could be more transparent.Overall, I have had a good experience here.

This is complicated. I'm sure Dr. Slack is a good doctor; she is not my regular doctor. I needed to be seen ASAP for a UTI. This whole thing turned into a nightmare. After a doctor visit, peed in cups twice then told by the doctor to visit a Urgent Care, with low blood pressure then said off to the Emergency Room then admitted for the night because I was not giver the right antibiotics for long enough. Along with a UTI I got kidney infection and had low blood pressure If I had the right meds it In the first place It would of not gone completely to the dark side. My "MY CHART" record reveals my screams for help with no help.

My visit overall was professional and the staff were courteous.

This was my first visit with Dr Ghebremichael to establish care with her as my new PCP, following the retirement of my long-time PCP at this same practice. Although I called the clinic to schedule a New to Provider visit with her as soon as I found out that she was going to be replacing my former PCP (in February), my appointment was not until July which was disappointing. However, it was definitely worth wait. I was impressed that Dr Ghebremichael had reviewed my chart and medical history very thoroughly prior to the visit. She was empathetic and thoughtful about my medical conditions and their impact on many aspects of my life. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to dive right into my care, and I feel fortunate to have Dr G as my new PCP after such as long wait.

Best doctor I have seen in 25 years. Friendly, interested, connecting, comfortable, informed, smart, clear, concise, and amazingly empathetic.

This was my first visit with Dr. G. I used to see Dr. root my appointment was for establishing care. I was really impressed with the fact that she had read my records before the appointment and was very familiar with my diagnosis and treatments. She went through all my medication's, she had good advice. I really loved working with Dr. route and was nervous about seeing a new doctor, but Dr. G put my concerns to rest. She was wonderful and I feel really lucky to be partnered up with a good doctor again. The only thing I scored lower on is the amount of time it took to come in and see her. I'm not sure of the process behind the scenes, but it took me months to come in and see her. That might be normal for seeing a brand new doctor, but if it's not normal, I think that's a really long time to establish care.

The front desk is so friendly, I never have to wait long, and the medical assistants and Dr Donnan are great- they make me feel comfortable , safe and heard. I spent 5 minutes doing the online check in the day prior only to have to repeat some of the steps/questions upon arrival. I was handed a paper list of medications to verify that included meds I had deleted the day before. Annoying redundancy

Great visit. I have no special needs related to my gender nor race. They treated me like everyone else this is an awesome clinic, specifically Dr Weksler is very courteous, respectful and intelligent.

This was a follow up to surgery and rehab care to balance medication.

Dr. Donnan and I have formed a great working relationship. I trust his counsel and am completely confident in his recommendations as I/we lay the foundation for preparing for my 80s.

Not being listened to. A misquote in the chart I never said "[I] do nor exercise." I had been exercising four times a week before this illness. Left the clinic with no advice other than the need to exercise a referral Initially sent to the wrong doctor.

I have been enjoying the broadway Legacy clinic for years now. I actually switched health insurance provider to stay with legacy. Everyone there is awesome and straight forward, I like that. When someone asks me about finding a good doctor, I send them my clinic for great care. I do have one complaint STOP THOSE STUPID QUESTIONNAIRES, unless you want to do them. I absolutely hate answering the same stupid questions over and over again. I just don't fill them out anymore.

So sorry to see her leave, she's been a great provider

I have been seeing Dr jonan for 4 years and I have never ever had a bad experience with the doctor or his staff they are always kind and courteous and treat me with the utmost respect and are very in tune and very kind to me in any questions that I have the answer promptly I love this office and I will not change doctors unless I absolutely have to move at a state.

I've been seeing Dr. Slack for many years and she is wonderful! The nurse who attended me was also super helpful. I feel very comfortable at that clinic.

I wanted to know if the Legacy radiologist ever responded to their early December request for a comparison with earlier CT scans from Providence. They could not find that he had, even after they made a second request. I love my doctor and have no respect for the radiology dept. I called to ask if someone else could do the comparison because the radiologist was on vacation. They refused. He never did it-assuming he's alive-AND I had two expensive, unwanted and unnecessary procedures [endoscopy & PET scan], was frightened about the potential return of my GIST tumor because he did not do his job and neither did the Radiology Dept have a procedure to ensure that all such requests were completed. It's unprofessional and unethical and I no longer want to do business with Legacy Radiology, nor do I trust their skill. When My doctor makes two such requests and never receives a response back, it reflects badly upon your institution. I will never forgive this dereliction of duty and plan to change medical facilities this year.

Dr. Weksler and her staff are truly exceptional. I wish I could say this for more health providers.

Dr. Jane Ware is the best primary care provider I have ever had. She and her staff are caring and compassionate. They really listen and express empathy and concern for my total well being. I have recommended her to all my friends and family.

This is not a very accurate survey. My appt was to establish care as a new patient (my previous internist moved), so there are many questions that should have a "N/A" option for an answer. For example, all the questions about Rx refills, nighttime phone calls, etc do not apply to my situation. I had to wait almost five months from the time I made the appt until the actual meeting date. I think I made the appt before the doctor had even started working in the clinic. I filled out all the paperwork that was given to me in advance. I checked in online. The instructions say that checking in online means you just take a seat in the waiting room (do not stop at the front desk) and you will be called within minutes. Yet when I arrived, I was still given a clipboard with another 5-6 pages of questions that needed to be answered, many of which were duplicates of questions I had already answered on line in advance. The office is quite understaffed. The phones were ringing off the hooks, but the phone people had to also check in arriving patients (which shows how inefficient the computer on line "are you here?" process is). Some of the front desk people showed blatant HIPAA violations, such as calling across the waiting room to ask for phone numbers or date of birth. I interacted with three separate people from the time I walked into the building and not one of them introduced him/herself and no one seemed to be wearing a nametag. They all looked frazzled. No one explained why I had to fill out the clipboard full of questions ("it's required" was the answer I got). This was my first visit to this clinic. I honestly was on the verge of leaving without being seen. The front office is an absolute mess, and you need to probably double the staff or reassign the duties. They are drowning. The MA who roomed me did not introduce herself, did not suggest anything basic like "you can put your coat over here". She was not unpleasant, just not very helpful and definitely not very welcoming. The only thing that saved this new patient appointment from disaster is that Dr Ghebremichael is delightful! She is personable. She had clearly done her homework and read my chart notes from my former doctor before I got there. She asked very insightful questions and vocalized her entire thought process and the differential diagnosis. Her physical exam was thorough (when is the last time anyone looked in my ears or tested my reflexes? I can't even remember). We talked about various tests and the pros/cons of each test. I was given choices about which path to pursue toward a diagnosis. She never acted rushed or impatient. She gets two thumbs up (and more thumbs if I had them). Purely because of her, I will stick with this clinic and see how it goes.

There was some confusion on my part and the clinic's part regarding what type of appointment it would be- so that was awkward.

My provider is leaving the clinic, which is why I cannot recommend her to anyone. In order to see a new PCP my earliest appointment is 6 months out. I find that unacceptable. Between now and then I'll be talking to someone who has never met me, (over the phone) and can only advise me based on very little information.

The PAs and PAs always seem exceptionally competent. Dr. Donnan is also a pleasure to see.

My primary doctor is quitting, and when I called for a new doctor they told me I couldn't see a new doctor until December

Always great! Very efficient and professional. Am upset about OHSU buyout. Don't like the monopoly that was created. None of the other systems appeal to me on a personal & professional level as much as Legacy Health has. Hope I don't loose any of my other doctors , but don't blame them. I wish something could be done to allow physicians to practice medicine without the government interference that seems to be driving more physicians to retire early or leave the profession.

Everyone I interacted with (front reception, MA and Dr. Ware) were all so friendly and caring. All go above and beyond. Wait time happened to be a bit longer than usual, but I didn't mind at all because I never feel rushed during my appointments, so I always assume the providers are doing the same for other patients if running late. I'd much rather have high quality care than prompt but rushed visits.

Dr. Laidley was fantastic. We are making end-of-life decisions. She was thoughtful, sensitive, took plenty of time, and help us put a plan in place with our dad. My experience with Dr. Donnan exceeds my expectations for an attentive, thorough provider. He listens to my concerns and I trust his methodical, practical advice. I always leave my appt feeling like my health is in good hands. I just wish my husband could have him for his provider, but I understand he's not taking new patients.

Dr. Laidlaw is very thorough, asks probing questions. She has deep experience to draw on and is up-to-date on current medical thoughts. Best of all, she is friendly, kind, listens, and doesn't rush.

I had a horrible experience with the front desk trying to get some questions answered when trying to either see an MD or get a nurse visit for a f/u did to recurring ITI ax from treatment earlier In the week . I was told different things by different people and then I I spoke with I believe it was Lindsey who was incredibly rude and inpatient . I was asking her to look at my chart to see the conversation I had earlier in the week with a MA regarding a f/u RN visit as needed She refused and said she did not have time and . Instead she transferred me abruptly to the wrong MA answering line .I was told by Lindsey there were no appts available and suddenly after speaking with the supervisor an appt appeared . I'm a health care provider myself and I've never quite encountered complete un professionalism as I did with I believe Lindsey. Once I did arrive and had my spot everything went smoothly .

Dr. Laidley is in my top two best doctors Ive ever had.

Dr. Ware is the best family practice doctor I have had. She connects the dots and brings everything together while explaining her decision process so that I fully understand. Brilliant, caring and fun. I am so fortunate.

Dr. Slack is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and compassionate. She is always quick to make referrals if there is a specialist that I should see. Easy to talk to her.

I asked for a skin cancer analysis and was told my judgement of my growing moles w/crusty edges weren't an urgent matter. That I will have to wait more than a year to get an appointment to see a dermatologist. Dermatologist is available if I can get Dr Donnan to make it urgent. Appointment setters on phone started to Imply that they couldn't hear me. When I just need to get a skin cancer appointment. Then after not helping me they said they would hang up on me because I wasn't listening to them on the phone, when I laughing at me about how much trouble they were giving me. I'm actually thinking of getting a lawyer to help me understand if my rights have been violated.

Dr. Ware is very personable and exceptionally knowledgeable. She is great. Several of my co-workers have her too and we all rave about her care. Thank you.

Dr Laidley has been my primary physician for 6+ years since moving to Portland and is one of the very best family doctors I have had the pleasure to work with over my 70+ year lifetime. She listens and discusses conditions with the patient, ensuring that problems are addressed effectively and with the patient's full understanding and agreement. In a physical exam you are not allowed to bring up any new health concerns.

Dr. Laidley has been my primary care physician for over a decade. She is polite, professional and caring physician.

I probably would not recommend any of my friends because we like to go to our doctor's office and not have another agenda other than doctoring. I don't appreciate pride flags all over the office. It's a doctors office!!!! ...not a place to make statements of controversy. I have no problem with gay people (have a cousin and friend who is gay) ....I just don't like things thrown in my face. I have gone to my doctor at your clinic for probably 20 years but will now be going elsewhere where it might be just a doctors office without an agenda. With that said, I have enjoyed my provider very much.

I love Dr. Slack. It took me a long time to find a Dr that makes me feel like she Actually cares about me and my health. After I had a minor ER visit she reach out to me to see how I was doing and if I need to come in for a check up. That made me feel really good and cared for.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ghebremichael who is now my primary physician. I am extremely pleased with her thorough attention to my health issues, and her good communication and her knowledge about medicine as well as her positive and caring nature.

I consider myself lucky to have connected with Dr Donnan when an insurance change forced a Dr change.

The visit was outstanding - gold standard health care - fantastic front desk, MA, and physician. This survey, on the other hand, needs a diet - it's too much time to request a patient volunteer to fill a survey of this length out. Were I not so impressed with the clinical team, I would not have taken the time to get through this survey. As a health care provider, I would ask for data demonstrating efficacy of this type of survey in improving either care or employee satisfaction. To the best of my knowledge, there is none. I would reiterate that the health care provided was truly excellent. Please don't mess that up using survey results like this as a cudgel.

Dakota and Kay are a Dynamic Duo! Excellent attention.

This visit was to establish care with a new PCP. I was fortunate that there had been a cancellation, allowing me to get in immediately instead of having to wait for the first available in 7 - SEVEN - months.

I had my blood taken right in the office and my ears flushed!! So I didn't have to make a separate trip to Lab or to Ear specialist..I"m 94 that makes a difference!!

Best doctor ever!!!

Everyone there from the people in the front office to the back office were very friendly, and efficient. That includes Dr Tracy Laidley.

I thought it strange that when I received an email to indicate when I arrived and was promised that this would eliminate the"check in." I checked the box upon arrival but had to check in anyway. The email seemed unnecessary and a wasted effort.

My provider is excellent. I can tell that there is pressure on her to see as many patients as possible. I'm sure this pressure is driven by the bottom line for the organization. It's not great for patients or providers.

Dr Laidley is such a wonderful doctor. She is caring and personal. She truly listens and has so much empathy.

There was a new desk Receptionist, she was not entirely helpful- she felt like, I should have been more attentive, to her, more accommodating, for her..,

She did seem a little more rushed during this last appointment, though I don't feel the quality of care was compromised.

The Broadway Legacy Clinic is a wonderful practice!!! I received recommendations re: changes that needed to be made on my healthcare,

I'm not a fan of the "medical industrial complex"and in the past I've encountered notably burned out workers and I feel for them. It's obviously unfortunate and unpleasant for them and the patients when that happens. I saw almost none of that this visit.

This was my first appointment with this provider as I am a new patient. I was very impressed with Dr.Donnan's style. He is very straightforward and knowledgable. I had significant concerns about the fallout from a recent hospital stay/blood pressure issue, but I left the appointment feeling very good about my choice of a new PCP.

Kind, engaging, personable, and receptive caregivers, Including warm and welcoming reception and schedulers, ... All are lovely people who remember one, address you by name no matter how long the interval between appointments. And there's a round of good-byes upon leaving . They enjoy each other as well ... Such spontaneous spirit, I love it!

I think Dr slack is about the best P C P I've had she expressed concern and put effort in to get the care I need

I'm not signed up with My Chart and I prefer it this way. And because I'm not signed up, any results of blood work or other results, I recieve a phone call and they speak with me directly to let me know the results of what ever lab work has been done. I prefer it this way. And I greatly appreciate all the efforts and courtesy they extend to me. They are a wonderful team. Keep up the good work Dakota and team!!!

I appreciate that the nurse/assistants always ask what issues I may have before the doctor comes in. I give them an overview of what's going on with me because there are several things noticeably affecting me -- and I don't know how one thing may be affecting something else, even though they may not seem related. I say this, understanding a doctor's ability not to be able to address three or four items in a visit ... But who knows, maybe it could help fit puzzle pieces? Separately: 1) With more than one doctor for me, the MyHealth system can seem cumbersome at times, not know 'who' and then waiting to learn, ask another one. 2) Is there a more consistent way to measure weight/height? Clothing/gear varies dramatically by season, Including for those of us who sometimes use transit.

Dr. Slack is always great and I love her MA Allison. They're both always friendly, welcoming and genuinely care.

I had to lean in and cup my ear to hear her. She did not face me when she spoke. I felt like I really had to try to hear her or else she would become irritated with me.

This was my first visit with Dr. Donnan. He reexamined my prescriptions and testing protocols. This was very helpful.

She is a caring and stellar doctor

I was happy to get an appointment within 2 days on line trough my chart. I was seen and diagnosed , had an exray to determine If I needed further care.

As always, the staff and Dr. Ware were great!

There seems to be a lot that Is expected of a doctor to Include the diagnosis with the written report all in a short amount of time. I think this provider is very gifted and does a bang-up job. I hope she gets all the support there Is. I bet she goes home totally exhausted after the day.

The doctors office was very busy so I had to wait awhile. However, this is the first time as a patient that I have wanted more than 15 minutes. The doctor and her assistants have always been prompt and courteous. I think the medical profession in general is dealing with understaffing.

Every staff very attentive.

The computers were down and thus could not get the prescription that was needed on that day. I asked for a written one but the med tech was not available. Had trouble the next day with the prescription due to the pharmacy being closed and could not get through to the doctor. Finally at 5:30 pm the aide returned my calls and was able to get the prescription called in. A written prescription at the time would have saved everyone time and tension.

I felt a real connection with Dr. I felt she cared and shared information freely and completely.

Have always received wonderful care from Dr Slack and happy I found her many years ago. Also had the opportunity to be seen by Dr Weksler when I had an urgent need and Dr Slack was out of office-Dr Weksler was excellent. The assistants and receptionists I've encountered in the office have been great as well. I did have an unsettling phone interaction with a person named Jake (either an MA or RN). I simply asked him about the status of forms sent to the providers. His communication was patronizing, thinly veiling his impatience. He was on speaker phone and my husband remarked that he was clearly being a-jerk. In a position interacting with the public, that way of communicating could easily be construed as indicating some cultural/ethnic/gender prejudices. Whether it could have been an off day or being burnt out, I hope he receives the feedback to reflect, improve, shift his future interactions with Legacy patients.

Dr. Ware was awesome and really listened to everything I was concerned about. I am very happy I was able to get in with her as my new PCP. :)

Dr. Laidley is possibly the best doctor I have ever had. She does a tremendous job diagnosing a range of complex issues. She is always prepared and responsive. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Laidley!

I always am happy with the care I receive. In the past I never wanted to see doctors. In my experience they have always seemed aloof and judgemental. But not at Legacy on Broadway. In fact, I have relieved caring Individuals anytime I have received care at any Legacy hospitals.

I am always so appreciative of the time and respect Dr. Weksler offers me as a patient. In particular during this visit, she pulled up background information (both from my own health history and generically) to provide insight to issues I have been experiencing. Over the past few months, I have also appreciated with referrals she or her office team have made for my medical needs.

I came away feeling like I had received extra care as the detailed information I was given given will inform my daily decisions.

Dr Slack is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. She is the best provider I have had my entire life!!

Iam always happy with my visits

Dr. Slack has been my GP for at least a dozen years. Dr. Slack is an excellent doctor and I would have no hesitation recommending her to family or friends.

When I saw all of the rainbow flags in that office I thought I was in a clown shop, or In a parade. I was appalled. I was very, very upset. I knew they weren't there to remind folks of God's promise to never flood the earth again. Because why would my doctor's office want to offend anyone? What was once darkness is now light. It's absolutely a unnecessary display of encouraging homosexuality. I felt as if it were being pushed on me I take that back it was pushed at me. I was offended and still am. Dr. Donnel saw me as my PCP was too busy. He handled my concerns very professionally. I felt much better when I left with a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Dr Weksler is wonderful

Appreciated getting an appointment the same day I called. The provider, though not my normal one, was great and I would be happy to see her again. I have found all the people working at this clinic to be top notch.

I love Jane Ware! So glad there are smart and thorough and thoughtful people that want to be GPs! Her recommendations are always simple and direct and don't involve a lot of unnecessary medications. Things like PT, tests, non-prescription meds like Vaseline! She is very knowledgeable about all my garden-variety ailments and really takes time to listen and find solutions. Hope she stays in the practice for a LONG time.

Almost every visit I have here I deal with medical gaslighting. I feel like I'm never heard when I come here. I feel like my problems go unseen

To a person this practice is the best I have ever been blessed to be served by. Dr. Slack is beyond excellent as is everyone in the office down to the people at the front desk. Although it's not naturally much fun to have to go to the doctor, I always leave feeling so cared for, and very uplifted emotionally and spiritually. It's very commendable and unusual how the entire staff manages to be so professional and so humanly caring at the same time.

The doctor was running behind, so I had to wait at least 45 minutes in the exam room. This Is very unusual and has never happened before. Dr. Root has always provided exceptional care.

Dr. Slack, Allison and the entire staff have always been fabulous and make me feel so much better with even just stepping into their office. I use Myhealth for appointments and offices contacts. I am very pleased with Broadway Medical Clinic and particularly with my PCP, Jennifer Slack, MD. Shoutout to her MA Allison; always personable and helpful.

My experience with dr ware is always very good. I did want to be referred to a specialist however but she did not think. It was necessary. I have severe hetrotopic bone formation but it is a rather rare condition. I think it's genetic from my mother. I'd like a genetic test to see if it is and if my son might have a propensity to get it someday

I have been seeing Dr. Ware for 12 years and have nothing but great respect for her! She has seen me through thick and thin and is a great support for me.

This doctor does not seem to take many of my concerns seriously. I brought up ADHD on my second visit, and that was dismissed pretty much outright, even though my attention issues are causing a lot of problems in my professional and personal life. He also barely looked at my genital area where I have a severe skin issue that is causing enormous pain and discomfort. I thought it was herpes, but he concluded immediately that it was not. While I'm sure he has the expertise to know, I'm still no closer to knowing what this rash is, and the only treatment he offered was estrogen cream. I am not having any issues with vaginal dryness, and my OBGYN concluded that I am not yet in menopause, so I don't see how that Is helpful. But my perineum is severely inflamed in a way that I have never experienced before. Walking and bowel movements are being impacted, but I have no idea what is wrong or what to do about it and the doctor sent me on my way with no resolution.

As always, Dr. Weksler listened to all my concerns, recommended options to my issues and all with extreme kindness. She's awesome!!

Receptionists went out of their way to help me with insurance. I felt listened to and not judged for having missed vaccinations. I felt that my concerns with my health were taken seriously, and the PA who spoke with me genuinely cared to help. I have never felt so satisfied with my care while leaving an appointment. My Dr. Was well prepared and had done testing and research before my appointment. Very appreciative of that.

Dr slack came into the appointment having obviously read my recent medical emergency information. As always she was very personable, concerned and extremely competent. Dr. Laidley us the best PCP I have ever had the good fortune to be treated by! My good experiences include those occasions during which Dr. Laidley treated me directly and those when she referred me to a specialist (her referrals have all been excellent); I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Laidley!

I have recommended someone to the clinic.

I'm not a fan of the trans pride flag in the lobby. I understand that you believe you are helping trans patients but in my experience as a psych nurse, these medical interventions are at best not helpful and at worst permanently harmful. The extreme emphasis on trans patients is causing an uptick in trans identifying children and young adults who have other, often more pressing, mental health concerns. Dressing your lobby up like a pride parade doesn't help these patients or their families, it puts pressure on parents and patients to not ask important questions as they try to navigate a very complex issue with great potential to cause permanent damage to them or their children.
