Where to park:
Woodburn Diagnostic Imaging is located in the Tukwila building on Glatt Circle. There is a large parking lot next to the Tukwila building, and several handicap parking spots available in front of the entrance to the building.
Where to check-in:
When you enter the Tukwila building you will find Woodburn Diagnostic Imaging on the first floor, just inside the main entrance - Suite 1. Enter Woodburn Diagnostic Imaging and you will register at the front desk for your appointment.
What to bring:
Please remember to bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment. If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.
